If you find that you have to make plans around your eating schedule, then it might be something you want to work on. I used to be really, really rigid when it came to when I ate and what I ate, but it didn't allow me to go out and live life at all. I had to make sure I was home when I needed to eat, and since I basically eat every few hours, it didn't leave me with many options to go out. I had to kind of push myself out of my comfort zones and make eating adapt to life instead of the other way around. It's not always the most comfortable thing, but I like the increased freedom.Amanda @ . seek .http://seekmyself.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.com
